[EN] Rules of the forum & Sanctions

TO BEGIN WITH:

Every message you post can be modified or censored by the moderators and administrators if they are not/aren't consistent with the rules established by the charter, but also by French/English rules on contents and respect of others' rights. Any message or quote presented down below is part of the moderation and could be censored or deleted if:

1. It is against public order and good habits;2. It is offensive, defamatory, racist, xenophobic, revisionist or harming/damaging the honour or the reputation of others3. It encourages others to discriminate, to hate someone or a group of people because of their origin, because they are part of an ethnic group or not, a nation, a human race or a determined religion, threatening a person or a group of people;4. It is written like a text message or if it doesn’t have any link to the topic or if it doesn’t provide anything to the current discussion (flood).5. The language used on the forum is English. We would appreciate if you could write in this language and not in another one.

REMARKS:

- Bullying or sending ads through private messages will be strictly punished. (Inbox closed and even banishment)
- We ask you to always resize your pictures before posting them. They don’t have to be higher than 800px on their longest side (height or width). If you have bigger pictures, we would appreciate if you put a link to the image or a thumbnail and favour this method over spoilers.
- Shocking avatars or signatures, contentious and aggressive must be deleted and changed by their creator when the staff ask to.
- By the way, the maximum dimensions of signatures are 500px in width and 200px in height + 2 text lines OR a spoiler. Avatars must not be higher than 220px in width and 320px in height.
- Any illicit content, defamatory, illegal… will be immediately censored without warning. We also remind that verbal abuse, free mocking and vulgarity are not accepted on this forum. Any insult will be immediately sanctioned and the responsible will be punished. We, moderators and administrators of this forum, want to have and keep a healthy atmosphere and adult and respectable behaviour. This is completely possible to express your anger without using insults. Also, about links to gambling or websites that enable earning money, or even PayPal codes.
- It is forbidden to post publicist or vulgar links. The only links used are those that enable to understand your problem or suggestion. Or links to your forum/websites/blogs, to put them in places planned for it and respecting the rules.
- We also have to mention that moderators and administrators of this forum cannot see everything. If you think that a message is offensive or shocking, you have the possibility to report it to a moderator by private message.


SANCTIONS:

Every person who does not respect the forum’s charter will receive a warning by an admin or a moderator. In case of recidivism, it will be banishment of the forum.

Cheating (theft of drawing, copy, etc) ===>
- 1st warning: You are not allowed to post for the Black Pearl competition for 2 months. (You will have a rank under your pseudo where it will be written that you can not participate in the competition for this month)
- 2nd warning: You will be banned for 20 days and not allowed to post for the Black Pearl competition for 3 months (same for the rank)
- 3rd warning: You will be banned.

Inopportune flood ===>
You have a special section for flood, so we ask you to post flood only there. This is way more enjoyable to read a forum where every topic is not full of flood! So, I remind you that flooding is forbidden in topics that are not in the Flood section. If you posted an answer but you forgot something, instead of doing another post, you can edit your original post. (Thanks to the button in the top right-hand corner of your message.) Too much flood kill the flood and also kill your reputation on the forum
- You are not allowed to post for a moment (but you have the right to read the forum)
- Insults very vulgar, racism, porn etc è You will be banned.
